Reviews and Ratings
My experience at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. I was blown away by the luxury and comfort of the suite and the stunning views of Central Park, but I did find some aspects disappointing, like the limited dining options and unexpected issues with the room amenities. Overall, it was a memorable stay with room for improvement.
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, with an unbeatable location right near Central Park and an array of restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, but I did miss having a coffee machine. The dining options were decent, but I felt the breakfast in the Lounge could have been better. The gym, spa, and pool facilities were impressive, making for a pleasant experience overall.
This hotel offers a luxurious stay with stunning views and a prime location near Carnegie Hall and Central Park. The rooms, especially the Hudson Suite, are cozy and beautifully designed, although some standard rooms are a bit small. The service is outstanding, with attentive staff making you feel welcome right from check-in. However, there are minor drawbacks, such as the dining options not being Michelin star worthy and some outdated room features. Overall, it's a pricey but memorable experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the views and location are fantastic, there were some significant issues with cleanliness and service that detracted from my stay. The room size was great, but the overall quality and maintenance left much to be desired. The dining experience also fell short of expectations with limited options and a lack of cleanliness.
Overall, my stay had its ups and downs. The hotel is centrally located, close to major attractions, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. However, the service could use improvement, especially regarding dining and the coffee situation. The value for money feels off, given the issues we encountered during our visit.
